The buffet was absolutely fantastic with a mind-blowing selection of food. The location was super convenient, right next to the metro station. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was delicious and the gym facilities were top-notch. a jaw-dropping hotel experience!

It was great value for money. We had a nice room on the 16th floor with a king sized bed - just as I requested. The buffet breakfast was great, we had a lovely bath in our room and the mud body wrap at the spa was amazing .... It's about a $60 taxi ride from the bund which wasn't too bad or a train ride for about $4 to the expo site. The staff were very eager to please.

Nothing to grumble about. But if anything the location, but that depends on what you want to do while in Shanghai.

Everything is fantastic, no matter the spa, sauna and swimming pool. Facility is new. Breakfast buffet is really nice, too.

The staff at check-in were incredibly nice and went above and beyond to solve a problem we had at the start of our stay. They even surprised us with a welcome fruit basket and toys for our young daughter. We also got a free upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise. I'll definitely recommend this hotel!

There was nothing I didn't like.

Spent an amazing Christmas at a hotel in Shanghai with my loved ones. The hotel was located right next to a metro station with easy access to the city and airport. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options catering to both Western and Asian tastes. The room was spacious and had a lovely feature bath in the middle, which was perfect for relaxation. the hotel staff went above and beyond to provide us with excellent service.

The front desk staff were not as helpful as we would have liked. We received no information about the hotel facilities or the city attractions, which made it hard for us to navigate the hotel and explore the city.

Spent my Xmas break at this hotel and appreciated the clean and modern room with a comfortable bed. the gym facilities were also a plus, with friendly staff always ready to assist. breakfast was delicious with a good selection to choose from. the hotel's location was good, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions.

My experience was dampened by a few factors. First, the air conditioning in the room was stuck at a high temperature, making it difficult to sleep or relax comfortably.

The hotel's location is unbeatable , just steps away from the metro station and in a mall, making it very convenient to get around. the room and bathroom were spacious and clean, with good amenities like a well, equipped gym and spa. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of dishes.

This hotel is in a great location right next to the metro and it was easy to access the area of Putuo and the centre of this city. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities were impressive as well. Staff members were very helpful and accommodating. Moreover, the breakfast buffet had a wide range of options that were delicious.

Nothing not to love.

Our stay at Renaissance was excellent value for money. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bath and a cozy king-sized bed. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the Metro through a nearby shopping mall, making it convenient to explore Shanghai's attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of both Chinese and Western dishes.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by offering a greater selection of cooked vegetable dishes.

Staying here was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities, such as the indoor swimming pool, steam room, and spa lounge, were exceptional. I felt pampered and relaxed after receiving a beauty treatment and using the sauna. the restaurant was a highlight, serving delicious Continental breakfast and snacks, plus a well, curated snack bar. the private facilities, like the treatment room and heated swimming pool, gave me a sense of seclusion and comfort that was unparalleled.

the staff was still very helpful and cooperative in fulfilling my needs and requests.
